1. What is Credit?
In ImageEditor, Credits serve as a means to access our premium features. By acquiring Credits, you gain the ability to leverage a wide range of advanced AI tools, enhancing your overall product experience. The Credit system reflects not only the use of individual features but also the computational resources required for AI processing. Consumption varies depending on the specific feature utilized.
2. Why Do We Use a Credit System?
Resource Demands
Operating our AI models requires substantial computational resources. This encompasses not only processing user requests but also storage, data transfer, and model execution. The Credit system ensures a balanced allocation of resources relative to user demand.
Feature Variety
ImageEditor provides a wide array of features, including AI Image Editor, Watermark Remover, and AI Photo to Sketch Converter. Each feature consumes a different number of Credits, reflecting the computational effort and technical complexity involved. For example, AI Image Editor typically requires more processing power, whereas a basic image upscaler consumes comparatively fewer resources.
Flexibility and User Control
Credits give you the flexibility to select and use features according to your specific needs. You only pay for the services you use, without committing to a fixed subscription fee, allowing you to manage costs efficiently based on actual usage.
Continuous Product Improvement
Revenue generated from Credit usage is reinvested into ongoing product enhancements, including AI model optimization, new feature development, and overall user experience improvements. This approach ensures that users continually benefit from the latest technological advancements.
3. How is Credit Usage Calculated?
The amount of computational resources needed differs across features, and consequently, the number of Credits consumed varies accordingly. 4. What are the different types of credits?

5. How to Purchase Credit?
We offer credit packages in various tiers, allowing you to select the package that best suits your usage needs. The larger the package purchased in a single transaction, the lower the effective cost per credit.
Credit packages are available as a one-time payment; purchased credits are immediately credited to your account and can be used at any time.
Multiple credit packages may be purchased and used cumulatively, providing greater flexibility to accommodate varying usage requirements.
6. Can Unused Credit be Refunded?
Before proceeding with any payment, please carefully review the following terms.
We strongly advise ensuring that you fully understand the features and proper use of our products before placing an order. This helps prevent situations where a refund may later be necessary.

If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please contact us with your feedback, suggestions, or requested amendments. We highly value and appreciate your input.

As a SaaS provider, all products and services offered by ImageEditor and its business units are digital, intangible, and irrevocable once delivered.
Refunds will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- Errors resulting from system failures.
- Requests made within 24 hours of the initial payment. Please note: refunds are not available for payments related to promotional activities.

- "Initial payment" refers to the first purchase transaction only. It does not include subscription renewals, plan upgrades, or repeat purchases.

- Purchases made at promotional or discounted rates are final and non-refundable.
- Refunds for unused credits will be calculated based on the original purchase price of the credit package.
